HighPoint is proud to announce the successful go-live of Mass Packaging, Financial Aid Self Service and electronic Financial Aid Notification for Aid Year 2011 at MCCCD. Over the past week, MCCCD awarded $63M in Pell Grants, $4.2M in Campus Based Aid and $58M in Direct Loans. Students received their electronic FAN in the SIS Message Center (product developed by HighPoint) and were able to perform actions on their awards using Self Service.

HighPoint is proud to announce the successful deployment of Auto Assign Functionality at MCCCD. Auto Assign is a Sophisticated Checklist/Checklist Item/Message assignment functionality that revolutionized the business processes at all Financial Aid offices. With this functionality, the FA staff at all the colleges was able to drastically reduce the processing time and minimize the students’ calls and visits to the FA office. With significant emphasis on assisting MCCCD achieve a high return on investment, our team worked with the ten colleges and two skill centers to:
